We send a short feedback form by text or email after a visit. The link is personal and expires; it is the only way a review reaches this page.
Reviews are published as "Verified patient" only. No name, no initials, no date, no detail of care. Patients choose whether their comment is shared.
Every comment is read by us, including the critical ones. Those are how we improve; they are not published without the patient's consent either.
