Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation (CPE) at Cognitive Works is conducted by a Board Certified Psychiatrist, is a thorough assessment that covers all categories of mental illness as listed in the DSM-V published by the American Psychiatric Association. The process involves an extended interview with a series of systematic questions that aim to assess the individual's mental health comprehensively. Following this assessment, clients are screened for all major categories of mental conditions listed in the DSM-V. The outcome of this evaluation includes a detailed screening result and a set of tailored treatment and management recommendations for any diagnosed conditions. This approach ensures that clients receive a holistic understanding of their mental health and a clear path forward for treatment.

The evaluation will take approximately 90 minutes.
