Ulas Camsari, M.D.  ( Dr. C ) is a quadruple boarded psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience in the field. He has trained at Cleveland Clinic, Johns Hopkins Hospital and Mayo Clinic. He is the founder and medical director of Cognitive Works. 

Dr. Camsari is board certified in four areas of psychiatry: General Adult Psychiatry, Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine. He has a wealth of knowledge and skills in diagnosing and treating complex psychiatric disorders and cases, as well as providing expert psychopharmacological management. He also has a strong background in academic psychiatry, having served as a faculty member and an assistant professor at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine for six years. He also served as the Chair of Psychiatry at Mayo Clinic Health System in Waycross for 3 years.  He has published more than 30 peer-reviewed articles on various topics related to neuroscience, neurophysiology, addictive disorders, psychosomatic medicine and clinical psychiatry. 

Dr. Camsari's approach to patient care is comprehensive, taking into account the four psychiatric perspectives: mental diseases, behaviors, dimensional aspects and person's life story. He currently practices at Cognitive Works, where he offers telehealth services and at Sonder Behavioral Health & Wellness in Minnetonka, Minnesota, where he offers TMS therapy. 

Dr. Camsari is licensed to practice medicine in three states including Minnesota, Florida and New Jersey.
